Practicing yoga has been a staple in my life for almost 10 years. There is so much I love about yoga that extends off the mat, and I am so grateful to have found this outlet. Like many, I've battled anxiety and I've found yoga and the mindfulness practices that it promotes helps me manage and reduce those anxious moments. As a mother and wife, so much of my day is an outward expression of my energy and it can be depleting. My yoga practice gives me the time and self-care that replenishes me again and again. The practice of yoga changed my life, and I love that I have the opportunity to share it. My goal is to create a safe space for individuals to come together and be supported.
Class Description: Hatha Flow - come enjoy the benefits of this well-rounded practice, and at a level that feels comfortable yet challenging. We will work on strength and flexibility as we move in and out of different asanas, all the while encouraging you to find postures and a pace that feels right in your body. Also allowing plenty of time for relaxation and mindfulness, leaving you in a state of bliss!
